Individual therapy can offer space to slow down, deepen self-understanding, process painful experiences, and build more connected ways of relating to yourself and others.
I work with adults navigating:
trauma and PTSD
anxiety and chronic stress
depression
attachment wounds
identity exploration
existential concerns
perfectionism and burnout
relationship struggles
family-of-origin dynamics
life transitions
emotional overwhelm
self-worth and shame
Many of my clients are thoughtful, emotionally aware people who have spent years functioning well for others while feeling disconnected from themselves.
Together, we’ll explore the deeper emotional and relational patterns underneath symptoms and how to move toward a life that feels more sustainable and authentic.

Relationships can bring our deepest attachment wounds, fears, and protective strategies to the surface.
I work with couples and relationships seeking support in moving out of painful cycles and toward greater understanding, repair, intimacy, and emotional connection. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of stuck patterns, and create space for more connected, responsive, and secure ways of relating.
Areas of focus may include:
communication difficulties
recurring conflict cycles
emotional disconnection
intimacy concerns
rebuilding trust after rupture or betrayal
attachment dynamics
navigating major life transitions
queer relationships and identity exploration
consensual non-monogamy/polyamory
My couples work is strongly informed by Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), a research-supported approach that helps partners better understand the underlying emotions and attachment needs shaping their interactions.

I am Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Trained and work with clients navigating interpersonal trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, sexual and relationship violence, and other traumatic experiences.
Trauma can impact the ways we relate to ourselves, our bodies, our emotions, and the people around us. Together, we’ll work toward creating greater safety, flexibility, and connection within your nervous system and relationships.

As a queer-identified therapist, I deeply value creating a space where clients do not have to explain or defend their identities in order to receive care.
I work with queer, trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive individuals and relationships from an affirming, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens.
Therapy can be a place to explore identity, relationships, family dynamics, belonging, grief, embodiment, joy, and the impact of navigating systems that were not built with you in mind.
Details
I work with individual adults ages 18 or older and couples/relationships.
I do not take any form of insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. I can provide a superbill, also known as a detailed receipt, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement purposes. I recommend checking with your insurance company prior to beginning services to see if reimbursement is an option. If your insurance benefits include a health savings account (HSA) or a flexible spending account (FSA), you can pay for therapy with those funds.
I offer equity pricing for clients who are on a limited income, especially those holding historically oppressed identities, who need financial assistance to make care accessible. These spots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. My equity fee spots are currently full. I am happy to add you to my waiting list for an equity fee spot or provide referrals for lower-cost therapy in Austin, Texas.
